These Terms govern your use of the Attesto application and the attesto.dev website, both operated by Dimenfinity. The product, its workflow, design, and content are proprietary and Patent Pending.
1. Acceptance
By using Attesto you agree to these Terms and to your organization's access policies.
2. Acceptable use
Attesto brokers privileged access. You may only request and approve access you are authorized to handle. All actions are cryptographically signed and permanently audited.
3. Security obligations
Keep your device passcode and biometrics enabled. Report lost or compromised devices immediately so keys can be revoked.
4. Intellectual property
Attesto, its name, logo, design, source code, and the underlying methods - including the device-attested, biometric-signed, hash-chained, time-boxed approval workflow - are owned by Dimenfinity and protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent law (Patent Pending). You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app. You may NOT copy, clone, mirror, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the app, this website, or its text and design.
5. No license to content
All text, copy, layout, and design on attesto.dev are proprietary. No right to reproduce or republish any portion is granted.
6. Disclaimer
Attesto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimenfinity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Report infringement of our content to support@dimenfinity.com.
